Create an account and sign in

Almirant uses Google OAuth authentication, so you don't need to create a password. In less than a minute you'll have your account ready.

Prerequisites​

  • A Google account (Gmail or Google Workspace)
  • A modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)

Step by step​

1. Go to Almirant​

Open your browser and navigate to https://almirant.ai. You will be redirected to the sign-in page.

2. Sign in with Google​

Click the Sign in with Google button. The Google authentication window will open where you'll need to select your account or enter your credentials.

Allowed accounts

If your organization has configured an allowed email list, only accounts included in that list will be able to sign in. Contact your team administrator if you have trouble signing in.

3. Welcome screen​

The first time you sign in, Almirant will show you a welcome screen. From here you can:

  • Create a new organization -- If you are the first person on your team to register
  • Join an existing organization -- If a teammate already created the organization and invited you

4. Create or join an organization​

The organization is your team's shared workspace. All projects, boards, and work items live within an organization.

To create an organization:

  1. Select Create organization
  2. Enter the name of your organization (for example, your company or team name)
  3. Confirm the creation

To join an existing organization:

  1. Accept the invitation you received by email
  2. You will be automatically added to the organization

5. Main dashboard​

Once inside, you'll arrive at the main dashboard. From here you can:

  • View a summary of your active projects
  • Access boards and work items
  • Navigate through the sidebar to all sections (projects, people, documents, settings)
Quick navigation

Use the left sidebar to move between the main sections. Projects are listed directly in the sidebar for quick access.

Sessions and security​

  • Your session is kept active through a secure cookie (better-auth.session_token)
  • If you close the browser, you may need to sign in again
  • To sign out, click on your avatar in the bottom corner of the sidebar and select Sign out
